Pip's Ocean Rescue · Last updated October 20, 2026

Pip's Ocean Rescue is a game made for children and families by Code Maker Inc. ("we"). We built it so that it does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

Information we collect

None. The game has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not send any information to us or to anyone else.

Information stored on the device

The game saves a few settings on the device itself so it can remember where you are: which levels are unlocked, which friends have been rescued, starfish collected, whether sound is muted, and whether the full game was purchased. This information never leaves the device and is deleted when the app is deleted.

Keeping and deleting data

We don't keep any data about you, so there is nothing for us to delete and no consent to withdraw. To remove the game's saved progress and settings from a device, delete the app. A purchase is recorded by Apple, not by us, so it can still be restored after reinstalling.

Purchases

The optional one-time purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment details. Every purchase screen is protected by a grown-up check. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles purchases.

Children's privacy

Because we collect no personal information, we do not collect information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). The game contains no links out of the app, no chat and no social features.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
